What to expect when you buy a travel eSIM.

These terms apply when you use Roam Ops, choose a plan, place an order, or open your secure trip portal. The details shown with a plan form part of your purchase.

Plan details

Before payment, review the price, currency, destination coverage, data allowance, validity period, activation rules, hotspot support, and fair-use terms. Trip estimates and phone checks can help you choose, but they cannot guarantee your phone's condition, carrier unlock status, local coverage, network speed, or actual data use.

Your order

Use an email address you can access while traveling and check the order details before paying. Keep your trip portal, installation details, and device credentials private. Do not share activation information or upload card details in a support message.

Installation and use

Follow the instructions in your trip portal. Activation timing and plan validity vary by product, so check the plan terms before installing the eSIM. Local service depends on the networks included with the plan and may vary by place, time, device, and network conditions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, access another traveler's information, upload unlawful material, disrupt the platform, or try to bypass access controls. The software, interface, and original content belong to their respective rights holders.

Plan changes

Plans, prices, and availability may change before purchase. The terms saved with a completed order continue to apply to that order, subject to any rights that cannot legally be limited.
