Accessibility
Travel connectivity should be easier to use.
We want travelers to be able to find a plan, check a phone, complete checkout, install an eSIM, and get support with the technology that works best for them.
How we build for accessibility
Our pages use semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive labels, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts, status announcements for interactive results, text alternatives for meaningful images, and support for reduced motion preferences.
Ongoing testing
We include automated checks, keyboard testing, and responsive reviews in our release process. These checks help us catch problems, but they cannot cover every browser, device, and assistive technology combination. We continue to test the complete customer journey, including checkout, delivery, installation, and support.
Report a problem
If something prevents you from completing a task, email hello@roamops.com. Tell us which page you were using, your device and browser, and what you were trying to do. Please do not include payment details, activation codes, passwords, or private portal links.
Review status: This statement will be updated as independent accessibility testing is completed and verified.
