Cookie and storage notice
You choose what is measured.
Roam Ops uses essential browser storage to keep the site secure and make key features work. Analytics and advertising measurement are optional, and you can control them separately.
Essential storage
A random session key keeps forms and campaign information together while you browse. Security, checkout, and the secure trip portal may also use essential storage or expiring tokens. These items are not used to build an advertising profile and cannot be turned off through the analytics preference.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, we record page and conversion events with a random session key, language, page path, consent choice, and a limited set of campaign details. Referring links are reduced to the website domain. These events do not include email addresses or other direct identifiers.
Optional advertising conversion measurement
If you allow advertising measurement and arrive with a supported ad identifier, your browser may keep that identifier for the session. We may return it to the ad platform with the page or content viewed, source URL, event time, consent choice, and the configured value and currency for a completed conversion. We exclude your email address, trip dates, payment details, portal information, and support evidence. This implementation does not load an advertising pixel.
Third-party services
Payment, eSIM delivery, support, analytics, and advertising measurement may involve separate service providers. Optional measurement is used only when the relevant provider and consent controls are configured. You can still browse, buy a plan, and get support when either optional category is declined.
Legal review: The final notice must identify the operating legal entity, service providers, storage periods, and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
