Fair use
How unlimited plans work.
Unlimited plans give you data for every day of your plan. Each day includes a set amount of high-speed data. That amount and the reduced speed are shown on each plan before you pay.
Your daily high-speed data
After you use the daily high-speed amount, your speed drops for the rest of that period. At the reduced speed you can still send messages, browse simple pages and use maps. Video, games and large downloads will be slower.
When your allowance resets
Your high-speed amount resets every 24 hours. The 24 hours count from the time you activate your eSIM.
Sharing with other devices
When a plan supports hotspot, you can share its data with your other devices. Shared use counts toward the same daily high-speed amount.
Uses that are not allowed
- Reselling the connection or sharing it for business.
- Running the connection with no person using it, such as machine-to-machine use.
- Use that overloads the network, such as constant large file transfers, peer-to-peer file sharing or hosting a server.
- Unlawful use.
- Trying to get around speed or network controls.
If a plan is misused
We may limit, pause or end a plan that is used in these ways. Refund requests are reviewed under our refund policy.
