Compare Samoa plans for both Upolu and Savaiʻi, including the days spent moving between them. Check the supported network for your accommodation locations. Download each arrival address before leaving the previous island, since the country name alone doesn't describe reception where you'll stay.

Save the ferry departure details, your next lodging address and pickup instructions before leaving Upolu or Savaiʻi. Samoa Tourism lists the ferry connection between these islands, but that tells you about transport, not reception at sea. Ask the operator separately about any onboard connection.

Check American Samoa separately in the exact destination list rather than assuming the similar name means shared coverage. If it is another stop on your trip, compare the available combined and separate offers. Include its actual dates when deciding the validity you need.

Start with maps, accommodation messages and the photographs you intend to send, then add any video calls. Download the next directions before leaving Apia. The selected Samoa plan should match the whole stay, even if the heavier phone use happens during only part of it.

Check the selected activation rule before preparing the line, especially when the journey involves long flights or transit stops. Complete device compatibility checks beforehand and keep the instructions saved. Your first accommodation details should remain accessible before the new mobile connection is established.

Look for confirmed hotspot support and any separate sharing limit on the current offer. Include laptop uploads and calls in the estimate for the Samoa stay. Test the connection at the accommodation and arrange another suitable option for work that depends on a fixed appointment.
